“The new software system will improve services to students by giving them access to web-based course registration, course schedules, grades and grade history, degree audits specifying remaining academic course requirements, financial statements, and the ability to pay bills on-line,” according to Anne Harrison, Ed.D., Vice President of Academic Affairs.

“It will also allow our staff to prepare statistical reports on student recruitment, admission, enrollment, retention, and graduation, and track and analyze grades, absenteeism, and degree requirements so that students are supported and advised appropriately,” she said. “And by utilizing the Internet, it gives students and staff the convenience and efficiency of conducting business from remote locations with 24/7 availability.”
