Campus Cafe's profile feature allows you to build a single screen with desired information from multiple sources within the database.  Profiles will allow each of your offices to configure a single screen view with the information that you determine to be the most important.

Campus Cafe’s single database design offers the ability to include information from other offices, such as financial aid information.
