Work Flow Management

As part of Campus Cafe's web based communication plan system, our work flow management system allows your admissions counselors to be notified when specific communications are scheduled to occur.  Templates can be created that will auto schedule follow up communications and allow you to be notified and track the communications through our work flow managemen portal.  Updating, adding, deleting work flow items on an individual and batch basis becomes streamlined with our work flow management screens.  Emailing prospects and attaching documents allows you to focus on your strategic initiatives rather than searching for which prospects need to have follow up communications.  The system simply notifies you, allowing you to take charge of your outgoing communications.

Work flow items such as "Inquiry Response" or "Accept Letters" are shown to you in a grid format allowing you to respond and track the communications in real time.  Once an item is sent, it will fall out of your work flow queue and notify you of any new communications that need attention.
