builder: From within Campus Cafe, you
can build an unlimited number of forms to
collect different information from types of
prospective students. For example, you may
wish to collect different information for day,
graduate, and continuing education prospects.

duplicates: Campus Cafe provides
extensive duplicate checking before adding any
new records to the database. Possible
duplicates are held in a holding table that
allows for the correct disposition of potential
duplicates.

Validation: Any time information is
added to your database it must be validated -
especially when it's added by a prospective
student. Campus Cafe performs a series of
data validation procedures to ensure data
integrity for all records and corresponding
communications and reports.
Once the Inquiry
Portal has successfully created a new record in the
database, it is then subject to all of the automated
correspondence and event triggers that are already
configured in the contact
management system.
