Management
Effective
communication with constituents requires attention
to detail in the area of salutations. Campus
cafe allows for the creation of flexible salutation
criteria.
Salutations
can be set up to address constituents for formal and
informal invitations, alumni mailings, and
corporate/organizational mailings. In
addition, customized salutations may be created for
specific mailing purposes.
Campus Café has adopted most of the same salutation protocols
that are used by the US State Department. This
will correctly format many different variations of
names, married names, titles, prefixes, and
suffixes.
This
function will allow the creation of single mailing
for many different constituencies with assurance
that the salutation is correctly formatted.
